It’s not just about how well I can capture and create memories of your wedding day, but how we connect and respond to each other.  This connection, understanding and in some cases even friendship, is what will take your wedding photos from just plain beautiful to…well…magnetic!  You’ll want to look at them again and again, over and over and relive the day in your lives that you promised to love and support each other for forever.

Which is why I will always suggest that we meet face-to-face (or on Skype if having a coffee together is not geographically possible!) before you book me as your wedding photographer.  Who you are as individuals and as a couple, what makes you you, and the love you have for each other, that is what I aspire to capture on your wedding day.  For me to be able to do that, I need to know that we connect in a way that you can relax and be yourself in front of me and my cameras.

Weddings in Wanaka, Queenstown and the surrounding lakes area – and for that matter throughout the South Island and the rest of New Zealand – are nothing short of breathtaking!  The scenic setting in this part of the world is second-to-none and having lived in Wanaka all of my life you can be assured I know the lie of the land, I know the seasons and I know the weather!  But in saying that, I love to travel too so wherever you’re planning on getting married if you would like me to photograph your big day head on over to my contacts area and drop me a line.  I look forward to hearing from you soon!
